Back from the Thanksgiving break, Francisco J. Monaldi discusses the future of the energy reform in Mexico in the context of the upcoming 2018 presidential election.

Monaldi is the fellow in Latin American energy policy at the Center for Energy Studies, Mexico Center and the Latin America Initiative at the Baker Institute.
